RENEWALS ARE NOW CLOSED UNTIL NEXT SEASON – 2022/2023
Step 1 – Go to mancity.com ; click on login button
Step 2 – Register for an account; If you already have an account, proceed to step 3
Step 3 – If you already have an account, please sign in
Step 4 – Click into MY ACCOUNT
Step 5 – Here you will be able to retrieve your Supporters No. Copy this somewhere as we will require this later in the registration. (*please contact mancity@mancity.com if you do not see any supporters number at this stage to submit a ticket and request for your supporters’ number.)
Step 7 – Add item to basket
Step 8a – Enter your registered Email address in “Coupon code” and click ‘Apply coupon’ to qualify for a $10 discount off renewal fees
Step 8b – Proceed to checkout
Step 9 – Fill in your details. This is the part you will need to fill in your Supporters Number into Cityzens Member Number
Step 10 – Place order and complete payment
Step 11 – Go to https://www.mancity.com/supporters-clubs/singapore-618 and click on Join Club. You should receive payment confirmation, and our team will contact you regarding joining of the Facebook Group and WhatsApp group. Your membership pack will be mailed to you within 6 weeks from August 30 2021.
