1. Our commitment
OSC Singapore recognises the importance of protecting personal data and aims to comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (PDPA). This notice forms part of our Privacy Policy and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
2. Notification and consent
Before or when we collect personal data, we will tell you the purpose in a way that is appropriate to the feature you are using. We will obtain your consent where required, including through the acknowledgement shown beside relevant forms. We do not require you to provide more information than is reasonably needed for that purpose. Please do not provide sensitive or confidential information unless the branch has asked for it and explained why.
3. Use, disclosure and direct messages
We use and disclose personal data only for the purposes notified to you, for directly related purposes that you would reasonably expect, with your consent, or where the PDPA otherwise permits or requires it. We may contact you about your membership, ticket application, enquiry, event or football-team interest. We will seek consent and honour relevant opt-out requests for promotional messages where required by law.
4. Access, correction and withdrawal of consent
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, how it has been used or disclosed, and ask us to correct inaccurate information, subject to the PDPA. You may also withdraw consent for future processing. Send requests to osc@mancity.sg with enough information for us to verify your identity and locate the relevant record. We may need to explain if a request cannot be met in full because of a legal exception or operational requirement.
5. Protection, retention and overseas transfers
We take reasonable security steps to protect personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. We will stop retaining personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected and retention is no longer required for legal or business purposes. If data is transferred outside Singapore, we will take reasonable steps to ensure a comparable standard of protection where the PDPA applies.
6. Data incidents
If a personal-data incident occurs, we will assess it promptly. Where notification is required under the PDPA, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals as required.

8. Raising a concern
Please contact OSC Singapore first so we can try to resolve your concern. You may also find guidance from the Personal Data Protection Commission. This notice is operational guidance for the Member Desk and should be reviewed by the branch’s appointed Data Protection Officer or legal adviser before a public launch or a material change to data handling.
